A leading and well-established technical manufacturer based in the Durban are currently requires a Parts Coordinator, who will be responsible for processing for both internal and external customers.

Requirements:

• Matric essential
• Sales / Marketing / Logistics diploma (advantage)
• Valid driver’s license and own transport
• Computer literate (MS Office) and SAP or any ERP system experience
• 2 – 3 years’ experience in a sales, warehousing or inventory environment
• Technical manufacturing experience

Duties:

• Manage both cash and credit sales
• Liaise and follow sales backorder with inventory team
• Manage inventory stock at the branch
• Take ownership of total sales and inventory management at branch level
• Create and manage sales back orders and provide customers with feedback on order status
• Ensure all administrative tasks are up to date
• Process includes quoting phase to issuing and invoicing
