Our client is in the Automotive industry and they are looking for a Parts Marketing and Programmes Consultant. The successful incumbent will facilitate and assist with the implementation of an After Sales Marketing Strategy that leads to increased After Service market share, increased Parts turnover and Dealer workshop profitability.

Requirements:
• Have a formal 3-year Bachelor’s degree/ National diploma from a recognised tertiary institution, preferably with majors in Marketing/ Commerce
• Have previous experience in a marketing environment (After Sales Marketing experience will carry a distinct advantage)
• Have at least 3 years automotive After Sales experience with good knowledge of the Dealer Organisation
• Previous experience within the independent automotive after-market environment / Parts and Accessories business will be advantageous
• Display a good understanding of the automotive Parts and Accessories business and related business management practices
• Demonstrate well-developed communication skills, both written and oral, with an excellent command of the English language, underpinned by the ability to form sound working relationships across at all levels
• Exhibit marketing flair and demonstrate appropriate creativity and ability to formulate comprehensive marketing plans
• Possess effective planning and organising skills
• Be highly detail-conscious and accuracy driven
• Be analytically minded, with sound problem-solving abilities
• Be innovative, resourceful and action-oriented
• Exhibit a solution-oriented approach and be able to work effectively under pressure to meet set deadlines
• Be a team player, yet be able to work and manage own output independently to meet high quality standards
Be fully proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with well-developed report preparation/ presentation skills
