Parts & Counter salesperson
A well established Group seeks a Parts Sales Executive to join their expanding Dealership to help provide top quality service to customers that visit their Parts Division.

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Parts Counter Salesperson

Ideal candidates would have previous dealership or supplier experience in an automotive parts department.
Our Parts Sales Executive role in this dealership involves:
• Optimising the sale of all Parts and Accessory products to Retail Customers, Sales Department customers and workshop customers.
• Meeting the needs of parts customers and increasing all aspects of the parts business through direct selling.
• Ensuring that all customers are completely satisfied at all stages
• Confirmation and explanation of all paperwork to customers
• Invoice preparation and full explanation of the parts to the customer
• Arrange collection times and methods of payment
• Agree and arrange future contact appointments
• Other ad hoc duties

Must have Automate or Kerridge and previous main dealership experience.
