Parts Sales Executive - Bloemfontein

Our Commercial vehicle dealer client based in Bloemfontein currently holds a vacancy for an experienced EE Parts Sales Consultant with a thorough knowledge of heavy commercial vehicles.

Key performance areas:
Increase the After Sales market share and customer satisfaction
Achieve monthly sales targets as set by management
Promote and sell the company's product range by regular telephone contact with customers
Identify and respond to customer requirements
Prepare parts quotations and follow up on the quotations
Participate in stock taking during the course of the year as per the set schedule
Take orders and follow up on order processing
Perform standby duties as per the set schedule

Must have excellent communication, interpersonal relations and negotiation skills
Must be customer orientated with a result driven approach
Must be pro-active, highly motivated and efficient
Must possess good administration and organisational skills
Must be able to work well under extreme pressusre and produce results

Minimum qualification and experience / skills required:
Must have Matric with a Sales or Marketing qualification as an added advantage
Must have at least 3 years’ parts sales experience in the automotive sales industry, with a thorough knowledge of
heavy commercial vehicles.
Must be willing to work overtime, standby duty and work over the weekend as and when required
