Parts Sales Representative – East Rand - Ref: 759020-53

Our client is a recognized global leader; a South African distributor of Global Premium Brands (new and used equipment) in the Agriculture, Mineral Processing, Earth Moving and Materials Handling Industries offering multiple career advancement opportunities.
They currently have a vacancy a Parts Sales Representative to support and generate parts sales with existing customers, to identify and develop new potential customers. The successful incumbent needs to build a strong relationship with key accounts and ensure the company provide the level of Parts aftermarket support that is required by all customers.

Job Description
Proactively identify and develop the Hyster parts market opportunities with existing and potential customers
Building strong customer relationships
Regular customer visits
Achievement of monthly parts sales targets
Identify and implementation of parts sales campaigns
Identify and provide customer solutions - internal & external
Processing of parts quotations and orders
Follow-up and resolve customer parts enquiries
Provide regular feedback to customers on back order and supply issues
Compile monthly parts sales performance and market activity reports
Meet objectives set to achieve individual and team scorecard targets

Job Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

Grade 12
Must have minimum 2 years parts sales experience
Technical background on forklift machines
Strong communication, negotiation and selling skills
Ability to work accurately, diligently and under pressure
Computer skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Effective time management and must be able to work after hours when required
Energetic, positive individual who is self-motivated and a team player
Hyster Product knowledge an advantage
SAP experience on sales and distribution
