AA21181 - A Restaurant and Deli situated in Randburg seeks a Pastry Chef/Confectioner with the following qualifications: Relevant Pastry Qualification is a strong advantage but not essential if experienced in fine confectionary.Duties will include the following: Making of finer Confectionary for the Restaurant/Deli. Previous experience within a similar position essential.The candidate must have the following skills: Candidate must be talented and experienced at making finer confectionary for high teas and for the purpose of retail within a Bakery/Patisserie style Restaurant. Knowledge and experience gained in the making of Macaroons, Truffles, Petit Fours, Fiandise, etc. essential.Benefits will include the following: Negotiable. Working hours are from 8am to 5pm. Candidate will be required to work weekends as this is the Restaurant and Deli's busiest time. Days off are to be taken off during the week.
