This exclusive game lodge is urgently looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join their experienced and passionate kitchen team. This position will involve the preparation and plating of simple yet stylish pastries, breads and desserts for discerning guests. At least 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a similar 5 star environment, a Pastry qualification from a recognized institution and in-service training are essential for this position. This lodge is looking for an individual with a passion for food, an understanding of the latest pastry trends, stamina and consistency. Can you fill these shoes?
