Experience in a la carte and banqueting preparation in pastry. Creative individual needed with passion for pastry section.- Training and motivating pastry chefs- Managing the a la carte and banqueting pastry pass on a daily basis- Creating and maintaining recipes- Daily meetings and handovers, stock counts and mise-en-place- Maintaining and achieving food costing targets- Maintaining hygiene standards in the section
