Job Description:

VIP Payroll system management – (Group of Companies ± 400 employees)
Terminations and new employees processing.
Legislations and tax compliance.
Salaries, Bi-weekly and month-end payment processing.
Ad hoc Salary administration (“outsourced “ payrolls)
Payslips distribution and management.
Time management.
Documents and files management.
IRP5 processing.
General ledger administration – Navision
Policies, procedures and standards compliance.
Reconciliation processing payrolls
Company Benefits, claims, administration and reconciliation
Company Benefits induction process for all new employees
Month end payments

Qualifications:

Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Good communication skills
Strong administration and numerical skills
Work well under pressure
Tertiary qualification – payroll / Human Resources, office management / accounting experience
3 -5 years’ experience in a payroll environment
