PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR (SAGE VIP PREMIER & MIBCO), FAERIE GLEN PRETORIA, RNEG + BEN

??Grade 12 with Human Resources National Diploma or related HR degree
??Sound knowledge and working experience on SAGE VIP Premier with ODBC
essential (not negotiable)
??Sound knowledge of MIBCO, BCEA and LRA
??Computer literate ,e.g. Microsoft Word, Outlook & Powerpoint
??Advanced Excel
??Excellent mathematical skills.
??Accuracy and ability to pay attention to detail.
??Valid driver’s license (code 8)
??Sound knowledge of all statutory requirements, reconciliations, and online returns

General Purpose
The role requires the efficient management of the VIP Premier Payroll system. Update and process the payroll accurately, on time and strictly in terms with the company policies, statutory requirements and relevant bargaining councils, and other adhoc duties. This is a highly pressurized position with strict deadlines, which leave no room for error.
Responsibilities include inter alia:
??Processing weekly and monthly payrolls.
??Administration and calculation of employee benefits.
??Payroll month-end and year-end administration, reconciliation and payments
??Reconciliation of employees tax.
??Timeous and accurate capturing and processing of employee data with regard to
employee engagements and terminations.
??Administration of leave.
??Management of any ad-hoc changes to employees information, benefits and
Deductions.
??Preparation, reconciliation and maintenance of payroll, separate payslips, leave
and bonus reports as required by management or accountants.
??Setting up of methods of calculation..
