Financial services company is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator who can start IMMEDIATELY to perform the following duties:

WEEKLY payroll run (20 - 50 per week) on a customized payroll system (training will be provided)
Understanding of general payroll principal’s i.e PAYE, UIF – with a sound knowledge of taxable and non-taxable income as well as implementing tax directives.
Preparations of payroll reports on a weekly and monthly basis on payroll system.
Payroll Prep usually begins on a Thursday with finalizing, sending out of pay slips and payments on a Friday.
Commission based payroll thus % calculations applies -Some on system, some manual.
Resolve all rep queries relating to payroll via telephone, email and face to face meetings with reps on a daily basis.
Keep track of all deductions made on a weekly basis
Keep track of debt and ensure recoupment via payroll
Follow up on outstanding policies with service providers.
Assist with general office admin when required by management.
Prepare for the Annual and Bi-Annual SARS submissions of EMP501 and IRP5’s (With accountant) and distribute IRP5’s to reps.
Computers Skills required:

Outlook (emails)
Excel, Word
Knowledge of any payroll system will be advantageous
