A Top Tour Group is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator. You must have experience of also working on payroll for other African countries. You must have 5 years experience working on a large payroll 1000+ employees. KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED (QUALIFICATIONS OR TRAINING PROGRAMS):· Matric (Grade 12) (preferably with numeric skills)· Extensive knowledge of VIP Premier· Must be comfortable with Microsoft Excel· Past experience with Microsoft Access recommended· Knowledge and a good understanding of Recons and Journals is mandatoryCOMPETENCIES REQUIRED:· General Ledger Reconciliation of payroll accounts· Financial background/understanding· Must have a passion for Payroll· Report writing/ODBC/Macros/BIM PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:· Self-disciplined· Ability to meet deadlines· Be very detailed· Cope well in a pressurised environment· Excellent communication and organisational skills· Be flexible in terms of working hours· Be proactive· Confidentiality· Numerical accuracy is imperativeIf this is you please apply with a Full CV, contactable references and a recent photo.This position is to start ASAP
