Qualification:
Matric is essential
Relevant qualification would be an advantage
Skills & Experience:
Accsys experience would be ideal
Strong Excel skills
Ability to extract data
Manage a payroll of 250 members
Manage full payroll function from input to recons
Be able to take full responsibility
Ability to take instructions and follow them clearly
Great attention to detail
Understand the Basic Conditions of Employment Act
Job Description:
You will be responsible for the full function of payroll.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Gather and capture all needed information onto the system
Reconciliations
Payslips
Report writing
Completing all necessary returns
Dealing with queries
Updating employee files
