POSITION: PAYROLL ADMINISTRATORREQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2 years VIP Payroll experience essential.(Premier experience an advantage).Computer literacy (Word, Excel and E-mail) essentialSecretarial / administration experience an advantage QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Standard 10 (Grade 12) Payroll diploma an advantage.Main Areas of Responsibility:Full Payroll function for 5 Outlets, include processing the payroll for +/- 200 employees, Take full responsibility of the efficient running of the Payroll Office which includes full function, filing, maintaining personnel files and assisting with accounting functions, etc. Must have good knowledge of preparing payroll budgets, together with the Financial Controller, reconcile PAYE and produce IRP5 certificates on an annual basis and process the payroll journals in Accpac. Must have previous work experience in a similar environment. Maintain a level of security and confidentiality, by not divulging any information relating to the Group staff /customers or the affairs, finances or matters pertaining to the company.Close liaison with Discovery, Pension fund administrators and all third parties.Control and administer time and timesheets of all staffTo be involved in any other activity, as directed by the Financial Controller /Group Payroll Manager with relation to the running of the Payroll Administration Office.
