Head Office - Luxury Safari Operators / Game Lodge Group

4-5 years relevant Payroll Administrator background not HR experience required.

Extensive knowledge of VIP Premier & Microsoft Excel experience required

Past experience with Microsoft Access required

Knowledge and a good understanding of Recons and Journals is mandatory

Strong emphasis on VIP Premier and use thereof.

ODBC and Bim reporting an advantage.

General Ledger Reconciliation of payroll accounts

Financial background/understanding & have a passion for Payroll

Report writing/ODBC/Macros/BIM

Will be lots of responsibility, so must be convertible with at least a 1000 people payroll.

Self-starter – our client wants to develop Payroll, need someone to come in with ideas

Some accounting understanding of accounting as the position will be responsible for their own accounting recons.

This position does not stop with the VIP import into the ledger.

Salary R 26000.00 including company benefits.
