My client, a leading manufacturer in Worcester offers this position to an experienced Payroll Administrator.
Job summary:
Ensure correct and timeous payment of remuneration and administration of relevant personnel-related issues.
Key performance areas:
- Capturing relevant information on payroll/personnel system
- Produce and distribute payroll documents
- Reconciliations of Nett pay
- Distributing of relevant reports
- Payments and Reconciliations on a monthly basis
- Tax administration
- Liaison with employees and other institutions
- Handle all personnel related issues with employees, management and external institutions
- Update any changes in package structure
- General Administration - Personnel Files / Record Keeping
- Personnel Administration e.g Medical, Pension fund, UIF administration
Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a Payroll role
- Knowledge and experience of SAGE VIP system.
- Relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous but is not a necessity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
