My client, a leading manufacturer in Worcester offers this position to an experienced Payroll Administrator.

 

Job summary:

Ensure correct and timeous payment of remuneration and administration of relevant personnel-related issues.

 

Key performance areas:

  • Capturing relevant information on payroll/personnel system
  • Produce and distribute payroll documents
  • Reconciliations of Nett pay
  • Distributing of relevant reports
  • Payments and Reconciliations on a monthly basis
  • Tax administration
  • Liaison with employees and other institutions
  • Handle all personnel related issues with employees, management and external institutions
  • Update any changes in package structure
  • General Administration - Personnel Files / Record Keeping
  • Personnel Administration e.g Medical, Pension fund, UIF administration

 

Requirements:     

  • Matric / Grade 12 certificate 
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a Payroll role
  • Knowledge and experience of SAGE VIP system.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous but is not a necessity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
