My client, a large and growing manufacturer is seeking to employ a Payroll and HR Administrator whose main focus will be on payroll and payroll admin. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with an HR qualification and 1 year experience to be trained and gain more experience.
Duties:
- Processing of monthly payroll and distribution of timesheets
- Recon profident fund schedule on a a monthly basis
- Industrial Relations - update union membership lists, disciplinary processes
- HR Admin
- Assist with recruitment
- Administrate new entrants - creating HR file, payroll etc
- Terminations
- Skills Development
Requirements:
- Min Grade 12
- HR Diploma / Certificate / Degree
- Min 1 - 2 year experience
- Understanding of payroll and OT
- Strong MS Excell skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- Fully bilingual (Afr / Eng)
