My client, a large and growing manufacturer is seeking to employ a Payroll and HR Administrator whose main focus will be on payroll and payroll admin. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with an HR qualification and 1 year experience to be trained and gain more experience.

Duties:

  • Processing of monthly payroll and distribution of timesheets
  • Recon profident fund schedule on a a monthly basis
  • Industrial Relations - update union membership lists, disciplinary processes
  • HR Admin
  • Assist with recruitment
  • Administrate new entrants - creating HR file, payroll etc
  • Terminations
  • Skills Development

Requirements:

  • Min Grade 12
  • HR Diploma / Certificate / Degree
  • Min 1 - 2 year experience
  • Understanding of payroll and OT
  • Strong MS Excell skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
  • Fully bilingual (Afr / Eng)
