Payroll Administrator
Our client, looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team
Job description:
? To fulfil the full payroll function and administrate all staff administration.
? Processing and maintain payroll on a weekly basis, ensure and update all staff related documentation.

Duties:
Staff care / support
1. Update and Maintain employee details and benefits.
2. Supply and issue employees with uniform.
3. Update and Maintain death and disability benefits and details of all employees.
4. Assist Employees with accidental claims with insurer.
5. Assist Employees with UIF claim procedures.
6. Advise Employees on leave availability and entitlements
Payroll
1. Upload and maintain employee details accurately on Payroll.
2. Capture annual / sick and family responsibility leave on Payroll
3. Issuing of Payslips.
4. Processing a Payroll of Employees accurately on a weekly basis.
5. Assist Employees with payroll queries.
6. Maintain and update employee’s deductions on Payroll.
