Qualification:
Matric – non-negotiable
Skills & Experience:
SAP experience – crucial
Experience in working with complex cost to companies including fringe benefits
Understanding of statutory laws and relevant Acts
Technology proficiency
Strong communication skills
A team player
Ability to cope under pressure

A person with the ability to manage the entire payroll function, from collating and capturing data to statutory reports and compiling specific reports when required, especially around audit times and during group board meetings
Crucial requirements for this position:
Must have worked on Sage VIP People
Experience having dealt with the entire Payroll function
Job Description:
The job function will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Maintenance of the Sage VIP People Payroll system
Collating and capturing data
Processing new employees
Understanding benefits and complex CTC structures
Monthly payroll run and payslips
Tax year-end and bi-annual procedures
Providing relevant reports as requested by various role players
Assisting with general HR administrative duties
Ad-hoc projects
