Job Description:

Payroll backups

Attend to client’s payroll admin function

Maintenance on Payroll System

Recons and submissions on Bi-annual and year-end Tax

Resolve client queries

Report and administration of Leave

Issuing of payslips via software program

Salary package structuring

Payslip templates

Consulting, advising and guiding clients on tax related matters

Resolve SARS queries and registrations

Compiling reports and statics regarding payroll

Update billings and prepare timesheets

Statutory submissions and registrations

Maintenance on client payroll records for audits
