Payroll Administrator

Responsibilities will include:
* Process, collate and check temporary staff timesheets
* Update database with temporary weekly hours
* Updating tax codes and reporting on a weekly/monthly basis
* Accurately processing weekly pay slips
* Temp invoicing and client queries associated with these invoices
* Client self-billing
* Assisting with contract and permanent placement invoices
* Maintaining an efficient filing system
* Taking responsibility for banking and daily post
* Staff register

The role will suit a Payroll Administrator with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Salary: R16 500
