Skills & Experience:

Minimum of two years’ experience on payroll

SAGE People, essential

Financial service experience, advantageous



Job Description:

Actively get involved with the end-to-end processing of the company payroll.

Ensure the maintenance of payroll system and leave administration system.

Hands on processing and administration of all additional reimbursement and pay related allowance.

Focus on administration and maintenance of employee benefits.

Ensure to liaise with staff and management on payroll and employee benefit related queries.

Make sure to manage and conduct month-end and year-end statutory requirements.

Manage reconciliation and payment of PYE, SDL, UIF and third party payments.

Ensure the reconciliation of payroll related GL accounts.

Assist with ad hoc, monthly and annual HR reports.
