Payroll Administrator - Klerksdorp
R14000- R16000 per month
- Min 6 or more years’ experience with full payroll function
- Pastel experience and all functions in Pastel (reporting etc)
- Tax knowledge and understanding
- Professional, worked in a corporate environment previous, preferably an international company.
- Exposed to all aspects of payroll
- Knowledge about benefits (medical aid/ prov fund), capable of advising (basic advice) and assisting new employees in this regard
- E-filing/ Easy File knowledge, IRP5, EMP201, applied for tax directives in the past, Pastel reporting etc
- Excel skills intermediate to advance – must be able to use excel for reporting purposes
- Some tax knowledge – able to assist with calculation of leave pay, severance pay, calculation of nett pay etc
- Up-to-date payroll knowledge
- Someone who can hit the ground running and has the necessary experience
- Must be a good and confident communicator capable of dealing with staff at all levels (senior and junior staff) in a professional/ corporate office environment
- In this role Payroll aspects most NB, any other HR experience is a plus but the focus of the role is purely payroll.
Need to have full function Pastel Partner Payroll Experience.
Can handle payroll for 20 companies (+/- 130 employees)
