High leveled Payroll Administrator position became available at a listed entity. Do you have SAGE 300 People experience? Have you been working in payroll for more than 6 years? Are you currently exposed to preparing reconciliations and payment instructions? Then I would like to hear from you.
Qualification:
Matric
Certificate in payroll, advantage
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 6 years’ experience in Payroll
SAGE 300 People, advantage
BCEA and Tax legislation knowledge
Experience with Salaries and Wages
Good understanding of bookkeeping, advantage
Job Description:
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
Actively preform the full function of salaries and wages on SAGE 300 People.
Ensure maintenance with related records.
Actively do filing for EMP201 and EMP501.
Focus on preparation of reconciliations and payment instructions of all third parties which includes statutory payments as well as reports for management.
Manage the service of more or less 30 payrolls with staff across South Africa.
