Payroll Administrator - Pretoria

Finance Officer (Payroll Administrator) is required for a company based in Pretoria. The Position is a 24months contract

The Finance Officer reports to the Management Accountant and will have the following

Qualifications and experience:

Finance Qualification / (post graduate qualification advantageous)
7 years’ experience in a finance environment
MS Office / Advance Accapac skills
SAGE 300 People Payroll System
Attention to detail
The ideal candidate will be a mature person who has exceptional interpersonal skills to liaise with people at all levels, as well as the ability to work independently and within a team, deadline orientated.

The incumbent will be responsible for the following key performance areas:

Salaries Payroll (SAGE 300 People)
Honorarium Instructors / Payment (SAGE 300 People)
Electronic Fund Transfers (Creditors)
Reconciliations (ACCPAC Accounting) GL
HR Administration
Call and control accounts
Finance and HR reporting
Financial Controls
