A Leading Multinational Pharmaceutical Company has a vacancy for a Payroll and HR Information Systems Manager. He/ She will be responsible for optimizing operational efficiency of all HR Information systems, to effectively manage payroll and ensure that employees, managers and HR across various organizations, have access to relevant and timely employee related information to assist individual and team performance
A tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Payroll Management
Demonstrated expertise in systems and process development
Knowledge of CRS
Financial background an advantage
Attention to detail
Strong Customer Service
Ability to deal with pressure
Computer literacy with Word, PowerPoint and database software
Analytical, written and verbal communications
Good presentation skills
Ability to network both within the compact and with external contacts

Key Performance Outputs:
HR Systems & Processes
Ensure data integrity of all HRIS systems.
Management of payroll across 4 organizations and headcount of approximately 600.
Management of timely payment of sales incentives and third party payments
Preparation of package proposal
Provide advice and training to the HR team to ensure systems compliance.
Review and improve system delivery in line with employee and business needs.
Project work as required.
Data Reporting and Analysis
Administration of employee and organizational HR data.
Analysis and contribution of data to budget preparation.
Management of the implementation of all salary and benefit related processes.
Management of the submission of salary surveys.
Provision of reporting as required.
Analysis and interpretation of data as required.
Develop paybands, salary benchmarking and peromnes grading.
