Our client a leading retailer requires the service of a Payroll Audit Clerk to audit compliance with risk management and control and governance processes within the HR and Payroll function

Key performance areas:

? Monthly staff turnover report writing (headcount)
? Audit plan / programme development
? Audit sample selection and monthly audit working paper template development
? Audit document attainment
? Monthly audit test and ad-hoc / exception audit facilitation
? Audit reporting

The successful candidate must have:

? Matric with a degree in Internal auditing
? 1 – 2 years’ experience as in internal auditor in a retail environment
? Excellent computer skills (MS Office with advanced Excel and SAP)
? Excellent verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills
? Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
? Membership of IIA would be desirable
? Accurate, attention to detail and problem solving ability
? Strong Task Management and Administration Skills
