Our client is recruiting a Payroll / Wages Clerk that must be immediately available.

Based in the South of Durban this role will report into the Finance Manager and will require that you have the following experience:

Key Responsibilities:

BI-Weekly (Fortnight) wages
Job costing on VIP Premier Payroll
Job costing / timesheets
Experience with time and attendance systems
Processing of Journals & Purchase orders
3rd party payments & recons
SARS: PAYE; UIF; SDL recons
Provident fund claims

Education and Experience required:

Must be available immediately
3-5 years solid Payroll / Wages experience with VIP
Experience with Time and Attendance System
Afrikaans as a first language is preferred
