Payroll Financial Controller – Midrand
Salary – R23 000 CTC
Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Relevant completed tertiary qualification – BCOM Degree
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• 5 Years’ experience in a Payroll environment
• Computer literate – MS Excel, MS Word, SAP essential and Dynamique will be an advantage
• Good administration skills and abilities and be comfortable with high volumes of documentation.

Duties:
• Reconcile Payroll Balance Sheet accounts on SAP accurately and investigate and resolve variances for SA and Africa.
• Prepare & process journals on SAP for all authorised journal requests received and ensure accurate postings.
• Compile bank reconciliations making sure that all transactions in the bank account are journalised to the relevant account as per cost centre to ensure that the bank balance ties back to SAP
• Ensure that all new payroll codes are mapped to SAP
• Process accurate cost centre allocation on monthly invoice and forward for payment.
• Prepare and send accurate accruals for company Flexi employees to Finance, should the interface not be done on time for month end.
