B Com/ Diploma in payroll/Finance
Min 5-7 years’ payroll management experience
Financial experience advantage
Dbit Experience
Experience in running payroll for hourly paid staff – bi weekly and monthly
Large payroll numbers no less than 1000 staff compliment

Ensure accurate delivery of payroll to organisation workforce through effective management of various aspects of payroll department and physical system interventions and monitoring
Accurate administration of employee earnings and deductions processing statutory taxes and addressing employee and business complaints and queries
Coordinate and manage payroll process for company and clients
Head up payroll team and ensure duties are carried out accurately and timeously
Check and audit all payroll ensure accuracy and legislative compliance
Ensure company benefit programmes i.e. medical aid, pension funds, bonuses etc. are managed efficiently and effectively
Balance monthly recons and submit reports to company accounting/finance department
Manage systems and suggest changes/upgrades when required
Submit management reports, liaise with HR staff regarding new appointments, terminations and other relevant matters
Responsible for ensuring accuracy and effectiveness of payroll department and payroll software system in place
