• Experience Crucial: VIP payroll experience crucial
• Education: Degree (at minimum) post graduate qualification advantageous
• Specifics: Young energetic, works well in team and communication skills must be good. Deal with other departments on a daily basis.
• Reporting: Directly to the Financial Manager
• Rounds of interviews: 2, FM and most likely the FD
• Reason for position existing: Resignation to take on more senior role
