Our client a fast growing company, has the following vacancy in Colbyn, Pretoria.

The ideal candidate must have excellent numerical skills, a high level of accuracy, task driven and the ability to work under pressure.

Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12.
• Advanced knowledge of VIP Payroll System and MS Office.
• 5 years’ experience in Payroll.
• 1 year experience in accounting of Payroll.
• Tertiary Financial Qualification will be an added advantage.
• Excellent people and supervisory skills.

Key Accountabilities:
Coordination and management of entire payroll function.
Administering payrolls (month end consolidation and processing support as required).
Checking and auditing of all payrolls, ensuring legislative compliance.
Reporting - Internal reporting requirements and preparation of ad hoc reports as required.
Continual improvement and standardization of payroll operations and systems
Administrating Provident funds and related funds and unions.
Liaison with management and staff regarding all payroll enquiries.
Preparation and reconciliation of monthly General Ledger(salary and wages journals) and payment summaries.
Liaise with HR regarding appointments, terminations, remuneration, conditions of service etc.
