A leading Transport Company based in WELLINGTON, has an opportunity for a top performing PAYROLL & HR ADMINISTRATOR to join our professional management team.
The ideal candidate will be competent, self-motivated with excellent communication skills and exposure in the manufacturing industry.

Reporting to the HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER the prime responsibility in this position will be to drive the PAYROLL FUNCTION of the organisation.
Responsibilities and Duties Include:
VIP Essential Skills:
• Manage compensation packages using VIP payroll software:
• Methods of calculation setup - Familiar with MOC
• Report writing in VIP
• ODBC (Open database query)– Excel report writing
• Good Excel knowledge NB
• Use Text import wizard
• Comfortable with exporting and importing information using the Flexi Utility
• Tax countries: RSA & Namibia
• Must know which reports to print to check a payroll

Requirements:
1. VIP Payroll essential 3 – 4 Years’ Experience.
2. Proven experience as A Payroll Administrator.
3. Familiarity with general accounting principles.
4. Experience in data collection, entry and reporting with great attention to detail and confidentiality.
5. Solid knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and regulations.
6. Computer savvy with working knowledge of relevant software (VIP).
7. Exquisite math and numerical skills.
8. Updating current and implementing new company policies and procedures.
9. Excellent communication and Administration abilities with aptitude in problem-solving
