PAYROLL OFFICER
An employment opportunity as a Payroll Officer currently exist within Workerslife Management Services. The candidate will be responsible for planning coordination and execution of payroll administration activities. The incumbent will work to ensure that they adopt the coherent payroll administration and management strategies, complying with the payroll legislations.

1. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION
? BCom. Degree or Information Technology qualification
? At least 3 years’ experience in Payroll Management
? At least 5 years’ experience in Employee Benefits and Remuneration

2. KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS REQUIRED
? Understanding of Human Resource Legislations
? Understanding of company tax legislations
? Comprehensive understanding of Employee Benefits
? Extensive experience with SAGE Payroll System
? Extensive proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
COMPETENCIES
? Collection practices and strategy Persal, ACB and Stop Orders
? Debt collection escalation procedure
? Repository and or database management including SQL query building, MS Access
? Develops ideas thoroughly and meticulously into an effective plan of action
? Picks essential details from a complex amount of information
