Payroll Preparation
All payroll documents are to be filed
All payroll control documents to be managed that they are retuned by the 15th of the month
All Starter pack have been received and signed off by the HR manager
All termination checklists have been received
All statement for deduction have been received Complete and send off all forms relevant to the Provident Fund for New joiners and terminations, this will be inclusive of distribution of Member Certificates
Administration
Load all new & terminated employees onto VIP
Load all Deductions and Earnings onto VIP
Reconcile all Deductions and Earnings to the Statements received
Print all the reports required to check the salaries
Reconcile the final figures of the payrolls
Keep Record of all processing
Personnel files are kept up to date
Finance
Create payment schedule and provide to the Finance Department
Reconcile al Bargaining Council line items
Print all the deduction schedules and complete payment request forms timeously for month end
Complete all the e-filing requirement for the PAYE & UIF & SDL on the SARS e filing site - EMP 201's
Communication
All written and verbal communication to internal and external customers is of the highest standard and the response time is within 48 hours
All standard documentation formats are adhered to

Annual Requirements
Tax year end calculations and IRP5's
Return of earnings drawn and loaded of payment
Yearly increase preparation and capture
VIP System Maintenance
Check all E & D Lines per company them
Ensure all Modules are running correctly
Ensure all the information is updated in the Employment Equity Module
Ensure all the information is updated in the Skills Module
Staff Supervision
Supervise Wage Administrator
Provide support and guidance
Experience
2 - 5 years administrative experience, 2 years monthly,fortnight and weekly experience on VIP Premier and/or People
