This Production Control and Logistics manager should have an Engineering or related Degree (Masters preferred). The candidate MUST come from a Production environment in an Industrial manufacturing facility. The role is to Manage all Logistics activities of the Plant and to ensure the execution of the Production Control and Logistics policy, whilst ensuring customer satisfaction. You must lead the Logistics team and set PC&L objectives and monitor the logistics processes and performance. Reporting structure is to the Plant GM and functionally to a Country PC&L Improvement Manager. Strong business acumen is essential to be able to participate in the business planning strategies, setting short and long term objectives and to act with autonomy and accountability. This is a Senior position and only candidates meeting the requirements will be considered.
