Requirements to be met:
Completed Degree in Industrial & Organisational Psychology / Human Resource Management
Minimum of 5 Years experience in Senior Full HR capacity
Analytical, Innovative thinker with strong business acumen
Tenacious and able to perform successfully while working independently
Excellent ability to formulate and analyse data and find solutions to problems quickly
Valid drivers license & own reliable vehicle
