Our company is seeking for an experienced and proactive Personal Admin assistant with experience to become part of their Admin Team within a fast paced enterprise.

The successful candidate will support in all aspects of the administration of a major project. Successful candidate will need excellent organisational and communication skills to ensure that the project and admin function operates efficiently. This post is an important and central role in the project.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric /Grade 12

Neat appearance

Computer literate.

Experience as a personal assistant for basically two years

Responsibilities:
-Manage electronic diaries and schedule appointments;
-Manage and coordinate meetings, workshops, etc., arrange venues and catering;
-Take minutes of meetings;
-Manage and prepare typing of correspondence, documents reports, etc.;
- Co-ordinate travel local and international;
-Process payments, travel claims;
-Manage general office administration; purchasing of office stock and stationery;
-Manage purchase and maintenance of office equipment.
