Provide general administrative and clerical support; Assisting CLO Division to enhance support for CLO activities; Coordinate divisional meetings; Manage the events request submitted by the CLO staff; Consolidate individual CLO figures; Prepare registers to sign in for the division; Ensure that the staff signs their registers; Record and administer the divisions’ leave register; Coordinate Manager’s and all staff’s travel arrangements in line with the scheme travel policy 7 days before the meeting; Communicate with service providers/department’s PA’s on behalf of the Manager; Ad-hoc function: Switchboard Responsibilities, to relieve the Receptionist when and as required.

Minimum Grade 12 NQF Level 4 NQF qualification; Minimum 2 years Secretarial and/or Personal Assistant experience at Managerial Level; Be organised and have good time management skills; Be analytical and have the ability to manage priorities; Have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; Project Management exposure
