Job Description:

* Manage diaries/reminders and schedule meetings and appointments.
* Switchboard duties (support to Receptionist).
* Make travel arrangements.
* Running business errands.
* Handle requests and queries appropriately.
* Source office supplies.
* Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
* Devise and maintain office filing system.
* Organise events and conferences.
* Provide administrative support to the company’s finance function.

Requirements:

* National senior certificate.
* Proven work experience as a personal assistant(>5 years).
* Discretion, confidentiality and professionalism.
* Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
* MS Office and English proficiency.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
* Advantageous: Personal assistant diploma or certificate.
