Minimum requirements:
• Business / administration Management Diploma. Secretarial Diploma or relevant qualification
• Previous clerical, secretarial or commercial work experience is essential
• Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint &SAP

Duties:
• Arranging appointments
• Organizing meetings on behalf of General Manager
• Managing the General Manager’s diary
• Preparing letters, presentations and reports for the General Manager
• Travel booking for manufacturing division
• Liaising with suppliers, staff and clients
• Ensure an effective message from the General Managers office and work with internal communications to get the strategy of the company to the employees
