The Gm of a 5* hotel is seeking an experienced hotel personal assistant with the following minimum requirements:-• Grade 12 (Matric).• Secretarial Diploma or equivalent tertiary qualification.• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the hospitality/hotel industry as a General Manager’s Secretary Position.• Self-starter, well-organized, extremely detail-oriented• Assertive team player willing to take ownership of responsibilities, and possess a high level of positive energy and drive• Excellent time management, organizational, coordination, and communication skills (verbal and written)• Sound interpersonal and organizational skills.• Computer literate with sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc and OPERA system.• Able to act with discretion and diplomacy.• Excellent public relations skills.• Strong administrative skills.• Working hours 08h00 to 13h00 Monday to FridayOnly candidates with the above specific experience need apply.
