Personal Assistant – Required as an assistant to two Executive and to the Office Manager. This is for a corporate client based in the Illovo area.

Minimum Requirements
• Matric/Grade 12
• Relevant Tertiary Qualification advantages
• Must have own Transport
• Must be willing to assist with Executive’s personal requirement
• Must be have excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Previous working experience in a similar role a must

Job Functions
• Assisting with Executives personal adhoc tasks
• General secretarial support and assistance.
• Drafting of correspondence.
• Preparation and distribution of monthly reports.
• Maintaining filing systems (electronically and manually).
• Diary management - coordination of meetings.
• Screening of calls.
• Boardroom bookings.
• Meeting with clients
• Prioritization and planning abilities
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Quality oriented and of a meticulous nature
• Team Player
• Time management
• Very high attention to detail
• Strategic focus with keen understanding of business requirements and strong work ethic
• Assisting Office Manager with drivers and kitchen staff
• Assisting Office Manager with adhoc duties
• Credit card recons for Drivers and Directors
• Looking for a candidate who is not easily intimidated by high level people
