PERSONAL ASSISTANT / OFFICE MANAGER / BOOKKEEPER (BRYANSTON)
Will be the personal assistant to Managing Director of an established company running a small office.
Must have BOOKKEEPING EXPERIENCE
Computers Skills ESSENTIAL -
PASTEL, APPLE MAC and MICROSOFT OFFICE including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
The ideal candidate will be :
Mature and living in or surrounding area.
Must be able to work independently, in isolation and without supervision as MD travels extensively.
Fast typing speed and track record in similar role.
Responsible for travel bookings, reservations, answering all calls, typing all correspondence and other general PA functions and accounts;
R25 000 per month negotiable for the right candidate (no benefits).
