Our amazing Client, based in Central Cape Town, operates within the Sales and Marketing industry and they are currently seeking a Personal Assistant/Office Manager to bring a streamlined work ethic to their business in ensuring completion of tasks. Your exceptional organizational abilities coupled with your previous PA/office management experience would be highly desirable for this role.

Minimum Requirements: Skills and required Competencies
Matric and at least 2 years Post Matric Studies or equivalent experience in similar position;
Excellent oral and written English communication skills;
Must be computer literate (good knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word);
Must be resourceful, flexible, detail-oriented, adaptability and very well organised.
Ability to multitask at all levels, to work under pressure and in a changing environment;
Good interpersonal skills, Self-Management, Planning and Organizational skills;
Ability to work within tight deadlines;
High Level of Accuracy and attention to details;
Sage One (Pastel) experience a bonus.

Main duties would include, but are not limited to:
Daily administrative tasks including recording of minutes, order office stationary and consumables, meet and greet visitors, manage all building administration, ensure office is kept tiny and clean etc;
Development and maintenance of filing systems;
Reporting, analyses and budgets;
Formulation of documents and correspondence;
Ensure prompt execution of travel arrangements, requisitions, visa applications, schedules and agendas;
Implementing and maintaining procedures, policies and administrative systems;
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients;
Maintain electronic diaries;
Customer and Supplier Invoicing, reconciliation thereof and payment follow-ups;
Supplier Contract liaison;
Organize Company Events;
Compile staff salary recap and commissions to accounts department;
HR functions including: Liaising with recruitment agencies, screening of CV’s, Visa applications, new staff orientation, staff contracts, maintain staff files;
Ensure Company Registrations documentations are in order;
Have your CEO’s best interest at heart.

Salary: R10 000 – R14000 per month, dependent on level of experience.

Start date: Immediately.
