This role is suited to a candidate with a completed Matric/A level /AS Level and 5 years’ experience in a PA/Secretarial role. Well-spoken 1st Language, English, good written communication and additional International language will serve as a plus.
Key duties includes:
• Taking minutes (Shorthand and excellent typing skills)
• Answering telephone calls
• Maintaining diaries
• Arranging appointments
• Taking messages
• Typing/word processing
• Filing; organising meetings
• Using a variety of software packages
• Booking transport and accommodation
• Managing databases; handling correspondence
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
• Liaising with staff and clients
• Typing up minutes preparing letters, presentations and reports.
• Project management
