QUALIFICATIONS
•Matric (Essential)
•Any three year degree – not negotiable
•7-15 years’ work experience in any field, which must include some proven administrative experience.
•Skilled in using MS Office.
•MUST BE FLUENT IN AFRIKAANS ! (Must have)
•Fully bilingual, with a flair for languages and grammar.
•Own transport.
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
•Well-developed problem solving skills
•Outgoing personality
•Able to multi-task and prioritise.
•Proactive and resourceful.
•Get along with people. Flexible.
•Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
•Attention to detail.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
•Admin and secretarial work (60% of the workload)
•E.g. typing of contracts, preparing of presentations, etc.
•Private work (40% of the workload)
•E.g. travel arrangements, personal shopping, organising children’s parties, etc.
