Our client , situated in Pretoria North is urgently looking for a Personal Assistant/Admin Assistant to start asap. The successful applicant will be a PA/Admin Assistant for two people: Director and Senior Business Consultant.
Initial 3 Month Fixed Term Contact. If successful will become permanent
Duties:
• Typing of all letters/correspondence in MS Office:Word
• Drawing up of price lists on Excel
• All admin duties – filing, typing
• Organising electronic diaries
• Arranging flight arrangements and accommodation bookings
• Arranging of appointments
• Assisting at switchboard and reception when required
• Grade 12
• Relevant Secretarial or relevant qualification an added advantage
• Must be fully bilingual – English and Afrikaans
• Drivers license and own transport
• Must be fully computer literate – MS Office: Word, Excel and Power Point
• Solid Outlook skills including organising of electronic diaries for two employees
• Min 3-5 Years’ experience as a Personal Assistant
• Sound and accurate typing/spelling (Afrikaans and English) skills essential
R10 000 to R13 000 + benefits depending on experience and qualifications
Bonus depending on own and company performance
3 Month Fixed Term Contract, thereafter can become permanent with benefits. Up to Management discretion
