Job Description:

Coordinate meetings, type letters, minutes, agendas and send them to appropriate bodies;
General project assistant and coordination duties ;
Keep records (filing and other) of all project information and documentation;
Assist project management with all project-management related tasks;
Updating project calendars, tracking projects and recommending changes
Performing general administrative duties and creating PowerPoint presentations;

Qualifications:

Experience in general office admin, (Building project admin will be an advantage)
Drivers license and SA ID (own transport necessary);
Excellent communications in at least English and Afrikaans;
Excellent computer skills, incl. word, excel and powerpoint. (MS Project an advantage);
A relevant diploma/ certificate is an advantage.
