Personal Assistant

Location: Parkhurst, Johannesburg
Salary: R10kpm

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 year’s PA experience
Matric
Own Car and Driver’s Licence
Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
Fluent in English – verbal and written

Duties:
General
Collecting and delivering of post and all necessary parcels
Attending of functions after hours when required - internal
Ordering stationery and purchasing of office supplies
Arranging and coordinating all IT upgrades and maintenances teams
Receptionist Duties
Answer the phone and take messages
Book the boardroom for meetings
Updated business cards
Receive guests at the door and show them to the boardroom
Ensure the reception and the boardroom looks neat and presentable
Administration
Arranging Magazine Voucher copies for clients and office.
Management of Magazine library
Compiling of Daily and Weekly Status Reports
Updating Office Manual and office stock lists
Administration of HR
Managing leave forms and new staff appointment details
Monitoring of domestic staff and management of them
Setting up interviews
Coordinating new staff
Working closely with the bookkeeper
Event Organising
Set up for meetings in the boardroom with all catering and digital requirements
Arranging the catering, ordering of the food and drinks to be coordinated
Personal Duties
Coordinating and collecting all personal purchases and Internet orders
Managing all of meetings and booking appointments e.g. Car Service, Medical Appointments, Golfing days, invitation responses and general diary management.
Administration of Accounting
Staff wages to be kept and captured (domestic, gardener, etc)
Petty cash recon
